Who am I
My path toward supporting health and wellbeing began more than ten years ago when I developed an interest in psychology and counselling. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master's in Health Psychology.
Through my work in mental health units across the UK and my growing interest in addictions and acute mental health conditions, I discovered a passion for counselling skills. I hold a Diploma in Counselling with a focus on humanistic and person centred approaches.
For the past four years, I have been practicing counselling in both public and private healthcare settings. I am also a qualified Yoga Teacher with a focus on breathwork and mindful movement. I have areas of interest which include relationships, addictions, loss and bereavement, anxiety, depression and trauma.
I work congruently with you as a client and adapt my approaches to you as an individual seeing you as a whole person with everything you bring to the space. I provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore what you need and work with you throughout your journey.
